Mobile Bar 4 Events has great experience in providing bars for Corporate events in Brighton, Sussex, Surrey and Kent. We are family owned and run as an independent mobile bar hire business based in Sussex. We can fit in very quickly for weekday events if required. Give Jane a ring or text/email. Don't Forget!: We now have our own weather-proof gazebos, so if you're short on space in your marquee, office or hall, we can provide a full setup outside next to your venue.

We are competitively priced .We carry speciality Gins, quality wines, shots, a full range of spirits and a selection of beers, craft beers, ciders and lagers. We also use Compostable cups which biodegrade within 12 weeks.If you wish for draught beer, Harveys or Dark Star are generally the most popular. Draught "bright" beers only have a shelf life of 3 days, so have to be fully drunk at the event!

As a guide £4 for a pint of extra cold lager, £4 for a good quality glass of wine, £2 for a glass of juice or fizzy! We carry a good range of non alcoholic drinks plus a range of shots, bottled beers, gins and spirits. The outdoor or indoor mobile bar can be adjusted as you require, please add any specific requirements when you book and we will try to oblige! We are happy to supply real beer/Craft Beers from local suppliers such as 360 degree brewery at Sheffield Park, The LongMan Brewery at Church Farm, The Hastings Brewery (all vegan!), Dark Star from Brighton, obviously Harveys from Lewes and any other favourites you may have. Let us know beforehand so that we can order and have available. Corporate events tend to be priced per head or a fixed sum under the till. We record accurately the drinks provided and work with you whatever package suits your budget

We run a professional service. We always set up well advance and are fully prepared with chilled drinks for your guests arrival and well organised & supplied for the day ahead. I run the mobile bars assisted by my experienced daughters, sons and their partners. All bars are portable. we can cater for any Event. Wedding Bar Hire is our speciality. All staff are reliable and well experienced in hospitality.

Brighton, Lewes, Hassocks, Ditchling, Ringmer, Barcombe, Laughton, Eastbourne, Crawley, East Grinstead, Tunbridge Wells, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, Maidstone, Guildford and Worthing and all nearby towns and villages are in easy reach of us!

Beers & Wines are served in rigid reusable polycarbonate glasses. We have available compostable cups which degrade within 12 weeks! We use Vegware Compostable products. Glassware is available if preferred for drinks packages.

Our booking fee is £95 (which includes arranging the event licence) or £80 if no venue licence is required. We dont have a minimum spend policy, but we do expect to be the only supplier of drinks at the event unless arranged otherwise beforehand. Please note that the booking fee less licence cost is only returned to you if our takings are over £1000.
